Not quite k-i-s-s-i-n-g. And not in a tree. In a pool, in a chair, with snakes, on a concrete slab, in the snow, finding Easter eggs, throwing stuffed animals around Cody's room, jumping on the bed and so on.
Cody’s favorite friend is our little neighbor girl. He has friends at day care and church, but Krystina, or Kah-teena as Cody calls her, is his favorite. He has really taken to her. She is the first friend that he asks for and asks to play with. He gets so excited when I ask him if he wants to play with Krystina he gets so excited and literally jumps up and down and repeats her name over and over.
She is 4 days younger than him & really gets excited to see him, too. She is a bit more articulate than him so often times she is leading the way and he is ok with that. When he wants to change the course of action he lets her know.
I love seeing him play with her and bond with her. They went to Toy Story 3 On Ice together and had a blast. That is where they hung out on a slab. He fell asleep in the car on the way there when we got out I asked her if she wanted to hold him. She said yes. Awww, isn’t that sweet?
